How we supply

Fully managed, self-fill or equipment-only supply

Choose a fuller managed package, a lighter self-fill route, or equipment supply with support scoped in your proposal.

Fully managed

We handle planograms, refill visits, cleaning, maintenance and call-outs, sized to footfall and machine mix.

Self-fill

You stock machines; we still help with equipment choice, installation and technical support.

Purchase, lease or rental

Equipment routes are compared in your proposal alongside the service level you choose.

Pair managed service with the right machines

Explore vending types first

Managed service works best when the machine type matches the product mix. Start here, then we layer the service plan.

Choosing a service level

Service scope, refill frequency and machine mix decide the plan

We match managed support to footfall, machine types and who on site can own restocking. Guides: what is managed vending and snack, cold drink or fresh food vending.

What fully managed includes

Product planning, replenishment visits, cleaning, routine maintenance and technical support, so keeping machines stocked and working stops being anyone's job on your side.

When managed beats self-fill

Managed wins when nobody owns restocking reliably, when you run fresh food, across multiple sites, or when shifts run beyond office hours.

Multi-site managed plans

One replenishment schedule, a consistent core range and support sized per location, rather than each site solving refill its own way.

Speak to a specialist
What is managed vending?

Managed vending is where future® Vending restocks your workplace machines, keeps them clean and deals with breakdowns, so your team is not running them day to day. Product ranges and refill visits are planned around your site.

What is fully managed vending?

Fully managed means we own the refill cycle end to end: planograms, stock, cleaning, maintenance and call-outs. Lighter plans leave some of that with your team.

Can we keep a self-fill option instead?

Yes. Self-fill and lighter-touch plans are available if you prefer to stock machines yourself. We still help with equipment choice, installation and technical support.

Does managed vending cover coffee and water as well?

Managed support can sit alongside coffee machines and hydration taps, for example consumables, planned care and call-outs, depending on the package agreed for each site.

What does a managed vending visit include?

Typical visits cover restocking, basic cleaning, planogram checks and fault reporting. Exact scope is agreed in your service proposal.

Can managed vending cover multiple sites?

Yes. We can plan refill routes, product ranges and support across several UK locations, adapting capacity and range to each site.

How often will machines be restocked?

Frequency follows footfall, range and machine capacity, from several times a week to daily for fresh food. We set this from expected use, not guesses.

Who chooses what products go in the machines?

We build planograms with you, balancing popular lines, healthier options and any site-specific rules. Ranges can be adjusted as demand changes.

What happens when a vending machine breaks down?

On a managed plan we deal with breakdowns as part of the package. Response times and cover levels are confirmed in your agreement.

Is managed vending more expensive than doing it ourselves?

It costs more visibly because the labour is invoiced rather than absorbed. Whether it is more expensive overall depends on whether someone on site actually has capacity to restock reliably, and what an empty machine costs you in uptake.

Which vending machine types can be fully managed?

Snack, cold drink, fresh food and coffee vending can sit in managed packages, sized to the machine mix and refill discipline each category needs.

How do I get pricing for fully managed vending?

Enquire with site details, headcount and machine types. We tailor a proposal with service scope and equipment routes, purchase, lease or rental, once requirements are clear.

Clear advice. No obligation.

Ready for a fully managed vending plan?

Tell us sites, headcount and whether you want full refill or self-fill. We will recommend machines and a service route that stays practical.
