What figures should I have ready?

Is the result a quotation?
No. It is an indicative comparison built from the figures you enter and the fixed assumptions listed under the result. Those assumptions include a flat £300 a quarter for every vending machine and £150 a quarter for every coffee machine or water dispenser or tap, so the result reflects the tool's own benchmark rather than anything priced for your site. The exact scope and replacement price have to be confirmed in a written quotation.
