The settlement applies fixed assumptions rather than the terms of your agreement: remaining rentals in full, remaining operating and service charges after the discount you enter (15% by default), a 12% benchmark reduction for the comparison, a floor on the future rental of £175 per vending machine per quarter (£700 a year) and £100 per coffee machine or water dispenser or tap per quarter (£400 a year), and separately charged extras removed. Those per-unit rates are working assumptions held in the calculator, not a rate card, so no figure shown here is a price we have offered. The finance company or supplier must confirm the actual settlement, notice requirements, ownership, tax and end-of-term conditions in writing.

What figures should I have ready?
The original agreement term, time remaining, quarterly rental, monthly operating and service charges, and any early-settlement discount stated in your agreement.
Is the result a quotation?
No. It is an indicative settlement and switch estimate built from the figures you enter and fixed assumptions, including a floor of £175 a quarter for every vending machine and £100 a quarter for every coffee machine or water dispenser or tap. Only your finance company or current supplier can confirm the actual settlement figure, and any replacement price is confirmed in a written quotation.
